1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GojoFi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. GojoFi is operated from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post listings, or contact other users.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the listings, profile information, photos, messages, and reviews you publish. You must own the rights to anything you upload, and your content must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. We may remove content that violates these terms.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Scrape, copy, or resell listings or user data.
- Attempt to bypass security, RLS, or rate limits.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Ethiopian law.
5. Listings & Transactions
GojoFi is a discovery platform. We are not a party to any rental agreement, payment, or roommate arrangement made between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the behavior of any user. Always meet in safe public places and verify identity before paying.
6. Advertisements
The Service displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) and self-served sponsored content. Ads are clearly labeled "Sponsored". We do not endorse advertised products.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GojoFi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
